Primera Air assists passenger with delay/lost/damaged baggage on flights identified as JXX/GX/PRI/PF (check your ticket, boarding pass and or baggage tags for exact number). Other passengers need to contact their sales agent / tour operator.If you have claimed your baggage lost and received a file reference number you can check the status of your baggage in our WorldTracer system. Please follow the link below and enter your last name (as in the report) and your file reference number which consists of airport three letter code, airline code GX followed by 5 digits, e.g. 'CPHGX20075'. To check status on your baggage report
To file a claim for missing/damaged baggage please select from the below list. Once submitted you will receive a tracking number. Please use this tracking number in all communication with us. When submitting an inventory list it is urgent to advice if your baggage might have labels with another name than your own. You should also be very specific and include colour, description and brand names of your items. This additional information will help us in tracing your baggage. URGENT NOTE: In all cases you will need to send a copy of your ticket and tag numbers for the baggage you checked in. If the total value of the damaged bag is more that 100 USD, claim has to be supported with confirmed value of bag.
