Primera Air is currently implementing a new reservation system. Due to this implementation, some can experience problems in regards to managing their bookings.

We apologize for any inconvenience customers are experiencing as a result. We are working hard to rectify the problem and we sincerely hope to have all issues resolved before end of this week or latest in the weekend. Because of it, it has led to huge load on our phone lines and it will feel hard to get through to us. Therefore, we recommend that you forward an email with the booking number, name, flight number and dates, as well as the specific issue of assistance.

Primera Air er i øjeblikket ved at implementere et helt nyt reservationssystem. Pga. denne implementering, kan der desværre forekomme uregelmæssigheder, det kan medføre at nogle vil opleve problemer i forhold til at gennemførelse af deres bookinger.

Det beklager vi naturligvis meget. Vi arbejder på højtryk for at få udbedret problemet og vi forventer at systemet er fuldt implementeret ved udgangen af denne uge, eller senest i weekenden.

På grund af det, har det medført kæmpe belastning på vores telefonlinjer og det vil opleves svært at komme igennem til os. Så vi anbefaler, at I fremsender en mail med bookingnummer, navne, flynummer og datoer, samt det specifikke spørgsmål om assistance.
